Most Axios events are open to the public, while some are by invitation only. To attend events in person, advance registration is required. Most public Axios events can also be live-streamed or viewed later at Axios.com/events. By registering for an event, you agree to the following:
Axios is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for event attendees. Axios, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone who is behaving in a manner that poses a danger to other attendees or that may interfere with other attendees’ ability to participate, listen, or speak at the event. All attendees are expected to comply with the law and any event venue rules.
To ensure attendees’ safety, you may be subject to screenings or searches before entering the event venue. Large items (e.g., signs and posters) that could distract from the event or be used as weapons are not permitted. Please note that space for storing personal belongings is not guaranteed, and Axios is not responsible for items that are lost, misplaced, or left behind at the event.
Guests must be registered to attend Axios events, space is limited and guests are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to ensure entry into the event.
To request disability-related accommodations, please contact us at events@axios.com. Requests should be made at least one week in advance of the event.
Photography is permitted provided that it does not interfere with the event, but audio/recording devices should be used only with permission. Axios does not provide a press box or other designated space for media crews or equipment.
Axios regularly records its events for various uses. By registering for an event, you acknowledge that Axios may record, film, stream, or photograph you as part of the audience and that Axios may use your name, image, likeness, or voice without compensation, including for commercial or promotional purposes.
